Interesting offer.  But isn’t it easier for the buyer to get rid of his BTC through verified exchangers or to sell it on the exchanges with a license himself and not hire an agent to buy a car?  That is a good idea, you would write a site with a nice interface and immediately provided the price list of your services (delivery, car inspection)
