Well there is no way you can know the best time to sell but In my opinion one should hold till their personal Targets are not achieved.

Probably one of the most difficult thing in crypto currency market is to identify the price target but as far as I can say that there is still bull trend in the market and there is not yet clear signal to sell yet.

The best time to sell is always in a high price i think only fool do selling in a low price or maybe  people has  big problem in money and need it badly at this time arround can sell thier bitcoin in a low price maybe we should know that selling it in a low price is just like loosing a profit we have  known already that selling must be done during high price status so that we can gain a huge profit in selling.

The best time to sell when youre doing trading Is when the altcoin or bitcoin youre holding is high price, but in your statement the other time you can sell your altcoin or bitcoin is when you badly needed money and theres no other option but to sell your coins, that I think is the best time to sell.
