Hey all,

Whats the best time to sell besides christmas?

If you mean best time to sell bitcoin, well it depends upon your current situation and need. If you need the money now, it may be the time to sell for you if not, the price is always gonna be higher in a few days time.
And yes, "always". If you think you're selling at a pump at 25K, then it may be 30K next month.
So its just relative mostly.

this question is even worse than "is it the right time to buy?"
it's up to you when it's time to sell, set yourself a goal like: 5%/10/100% of my investment and follow it, for sure, at the moment might be the best moment to sell if you bought at, for example, 2k$, that's a big gain compared to your investment.
None can answer you properly, decide by yourself, i would just want to advice you: if you sell everything now, are you able to jump on btc train again in the next future or you just want to sell and forget about crypto?

The rates are rising atm and selling it depends on what time u bought it like if u r able to make good amount of profit u can sell half the amount and keep the rest of the half.

I think the choice is yours. if you want to sell it sell right now. if you still want to hold it, hold it for as long as you can. I think everyone has different considerations and different needs. so there is no best time to sell.

Hey all,

Whats the best time to sell besides christmas?
It would be nice to have a bitcoin for sale on Christmas if he stayed in the 20k usd case instead of having a nice weekend with the bitcoin users, the case did not stay. The only thing I would love to say to you is where you want it and you know that until bitcoin raises it, you just have to sell it when it goes down.

Not now!  Especially when the projection of bitcoin value in 2018 is very high.  As the value is low now, it is best to buy and hold.
But if you bought it at the beginning of this year, then you already have a big profit.  You might want to sell some and enjoy the profit.

None for now, Stay with it and just hold it.
When did you buy your bitcoin?
A lot of loss have happened this 2 weeks and people are still holding for a price increase again that will may be hitting the 20k dollars mark.
I am one of the holders and even if it takes until February I will still stand and hodl.
If you are a buyer from the 300 dollars per bitcoin then it wont be a problem for you to sell.

yes i think so because bitcoin prices have started above 15.000 USD but i still very sure bitcoin will keep up again above 19.000 USD for that i will hold it longer until the price is at peak. the movement of bitcoin price increases also began to emerge so this is my foundation for holding bitcoin that I have.

There is no best time to sell bitcoins or any other coins. The only way to determine if you are using bitcoin effectively is when you prevent yourself to lose any of it.
So, answering your question, sell when the prices are above your capital or amount in btc that you have invested. A sure profit will likely be with you in return.
Christmas in not actually a best time since prices went very low not unless you held your bitcoins since last month when prices are still $5k dollars and you have tripled it. Anytime is a good time. But if your willing to hold more, much better. It can go up more. Keep part of your btc in your wallet. Cash out your whole capital and some profits maybe fifty percent. I think this is a win win situation for you.

The best time to sell bitcoin is when it's price reached maximum and stays stable for a few days. It means that it hardly will go down soon, but can easily drop. Such situation was several days ago when bitcoin price dropped from $18-19K to $13-14K. It stayed at $18-19 a few days before drop.

Best time to sell is when you have made enough money that you can no longer risk losing it all.

it depends on the price of bitcoin.i think in future bitcoin will be more valuable and its price will increase up to 20K. that time is the best time for selling bitcoin. now you can buy bitcoin and hold it for future profit.

in my opinion, the best time to sell is when you want to sell your bitcoin and bitcoin price goes up than when you buy.. it all depends on you and how much do you want profit, just you can answer the question..

We can not find "Best time to sell" in the strict sense of the word because the price of BTC is affected by many factors. When you think BTC's price gives you the profit you expect, it's your "Best time to sell."

I think, there is no certain time is best to sell bitcoin.
in the end, the decision will come back to you. if today you get the benefit by selling your bitcoin, then .. that is the best time to sell your bitcoin, because you benefit by selling it.

Hey all,

Whats the best time to sell besides christmas?
It's a kind of relative matter, I think this issue is totally dependent on the situation. at first, you have to clarify what do you mean by best time?
if you mean the profit then the best time goes to the high price or rising price, but if you mean about the steady state economy then I want to say that Bitcoin holding is the best policy. in the future, you will get more facilities rather than sell today.
