   I have a transfer of Game coming out of an exchange. cant find the tx given, it says on their end complete. but nothing anywhere yet.

 GAME is messed up.
(as well as Lynx)
 My test transfer of lynx, worked fine, but my large transfer hasnt reached wallet yet.

   
Post your Txid , and look on the block explorers, see if it lists it yet.

   Cryptopia, has 0 connections. (i cant find my tx id's on block explorer)

 something is wrong with the NETWORK for game.
   Post on the GAME threads about that.  
Dont accuse the pool of wrongdoing, without at least checking.

I have several GAME transactions successful.
It's GAME fault at the moment since they decided to change everything, but the pool also needs to update the wallets

pool updated the wallet a week or 2 ago. (i forget)

   and Cryptopia, still havent seen my coins.

 (seems every time i think im gonna get ahead....)

I tried to contact you now for a week but did not receive an answer, this becomes a bit annoying.

Would you be so kind to look into the following transaction:

137987420    TRADE2    2018-03-12 23:46:09    Debit_MP    Confirmed    TXD37dsi...qCi9VYn8       n/a    24,776.01488472

There is no tx-id, the 24,776.01488472 TRADE2 never arrived at the given address, the transaction never touched the blockchain.
So the funds must still be sitting in your TRADE2-wallet.
I would really appreciate, if you either return it to my balance or initiate the transaction to my wallet. Anyway, a short msg would be great.

Hey, I'm curious.  I got two payouts of LINX on 20 Mar, which is really unusual.  Did we just get lucky, or did something else happen?  Certainly not complaining!  LOL

Also, there's another H2C thread on here that people are posting to and not getting replies.  It's confusing.

I am very much disappointed from Hash to coins support. we never get a reply. I have lost LTC Coins for 10 days mining period contacted hash to coins help but never received any reply.
Now I completed a debit transaction of MEC coins but coins not received in my wallet. On Transaction page there is no transaction ID. Please resolve this issue and do some thing for your support services so that users can contact and get solutions to their problems.

Admin stops in here every few days.  (i dont know about any other support ...avenues)
  so its here.

LTC mining ...last i looked it would take a month to get a block. now its showing a yr.  (so why would you set that to mine at all?)
   a group of us, would have to switch over to make it worthwhile.   (ie: more than 10% of the net traffic.)

whats the time stamp on the MEC transaction. (from when you hit it, how fast were you looking, is what i am asking)
 

 (all these questions, just so the admin can see the response, and maybe find your issues faster.)

oh, and if you dont mention the problem here, you can PM him here too.

Possible bug in the switching algorithm: I did not have DBG unchecked in the wallet, but when I just checked in, my worker was mining DGB.  I had previously switched it to LINX (IIRC) and turned off auto-switching because I wanted to try that for awhile.  I also see that LINX is no longer on auto-switch.  What happened?

DGB was under maintenance (for the wallet update) and all DGB miners were switched to auto.
