Market value on exchange will be based on public demand and supply. It seems many investor has sold out torq thus its facing down-fall. Also the price of Bitcoin is still 50% lower compare to the bitcoin price at the time of TORQ ICO, also that can be the reason.

Hopefully in upcoming days price of TORQ will be back to stable value.
