I think a lot of people are becoming disillusioned. One thing I have been thinking of over last couple days is every company tries to solve a real world problem but I can't think of any crypto which actually does this. Like what is ELA going to solve for real world every day people ?
People say it's the next Microsoft or Apple but they were actually producing technology for real world customers
ELA isn't producing any new technology or a new mobile or a new laptop - what is the purpose? Hope someone can enlighten

Elastos DID will go live on July 1st

Dear Elastos Community,

The Elastos development team plans to upgrade the Elastos main chain on July 1, 2018, from 1:00 to 6:00am UTC Time. During the upgrade, Elastos wallets and blockchain browsers will not work properly.

This upgrade mainly includes the following:

• Support assets transfers from the main chain to sidechains
• Support assets transfers from the sidechains to the main chain
• Support sidechains to merge mine through the main chain

After the main chain is upgraded, the arbitrator nodes and the ID chain nodes that exist as a sidechain will be implemented immediately. Through these newly deployed nodes, the following can be done:

• Support assets transfer from main chain to ID sidechain
• Create ID and store ID related information on ID sidechain
• Transfer assets from ID sidechain back to the main chain
• Support ID chain to merge mine with main chain.

Elastos is a great choice. Its creators have a good and promising vision for the future of blockchain technology and possible directions of development of a new generation of the Internet, known as the Internet of Wealth.
