PumaPay is Coming to Decentralized 2018 Conference in Athens Next Week!
The PumaPay team will be attending the Decentralized 2018 conference that will take place on November 14-16 at the Divani Caravel in Athens, Greece. CEO Yoav Dror and the team join Bitcoin investor Roger Ver, aka “Bitcoin Jesus”, and cypherpunk and infrastructure manager at Casa Jameson Lopp in Europe’s most promising event on blockchain technology, organized by the University of Nicosia.
With 70+ speakers and 1,300+ attendees from over 50 countries, this is considered to be an important gathering for blockchain academics, technical experts and enthusiasts, as well as blockchain businesses such as PumaPay.
As an event sponsor, PumaPay will participate with talks from CEO Yoav Dror, CTO Aristos Christofides, and Chief Blockchain Architect Giorgos Kourtellos. Yoav will give a presentation on how academic research and business can come together for the purpose of ensuring everyday applications of blockchain technology. Garrick Hileman, Head of Research Blockchain.com and Co-Founder of Mosaic.io and MEP Eva Kaili—presenting the European Parliament’s view on blockchain—will give keynote speeches. Other keynote speakers will be Llew Claasen, Executive Director of the Bitcoin Foundation who will talk about the current state of cryptocurrency and the outlook for 2019.
