Sorry that you've had this issue! It's been pushed to the dev team as a priority to be resolved as soon as possible.

We did see your post in the group, asking whether anybody else had the same problem. The reason why nobody shared their experience in response is because BTC deposits and withdrawals work as expected for all other accounts, and nobody else has reported a similar issue. That is also the reason why no warnings have gone out to the community.  

We know that you're already in direct contact with the team. Rest assured that this will be resolved.
