Copper membership?? Need to upload images and not have a message limit

I recently sent BTC to pay for copper membership so I could send more PM and upload images. I am still not able to do either and I really need to figure this out. Please help,,, anyone

After you sent the payment, did you return to the page to fill out the form?

Once your transaction has 1 confirmation, revisit this page and then use the form which will appear in order to wear your new membership. Your transaction will not be registered until it has 1 confirmation. Bitcoin network fees and exchange/wallet withdrawal fees will not count toward your payment.
