6 days and 1 hours ago I sent 12 ETH from my Bitstamp account to CEX.IO account.
I contacted support dozens of times but received no solid answer so far.
latest answer was below :

6 days?? That was a long waiting time for deposits. I can't imagined how frustrated your are now. 12 ETH is not a joke amount. There is no advices from us that can keep you calm right now because it's on the hand of CEX.IO when they will fixed your issue. Well hopefully you still have that patience because no matter how angry we are here, we can't do nothing about it. Spamming tickets may help although there is chances that you can get the same response from them. #hopingforthebest

Hi - I can sympathize with your concern. I am having huge issues with a number of exchanges in trying to get my money off them to a Bank account. However I can say that while CEX.io is slow and the support system appears to not work they are the only exchange that so far has actually paid out money to my Bank account. Coinbase and Kraken have been far more problematic.

Kindly tell us your user ID or support ticket number to investigate the case. He did provide his USER ID since Dec 29 th, didn't you read that post? Does it mean that this issue is not resolved so far after more than 3 weeks? Seems that there are too many users with similar issue (eth transaction). but 3 weeks is just too long to wait for your users, you should make it a little bit faster unless the main problem is on eth network.

Finally I received my 12 ETH !
I think it has processed manually by CEX.IO ; CEX.IO does not support ETH smart contracts ; but other exchanges like Bitstamp may support.
I kindly advise every investor to be careful about Ether transfers between exchanges.
Thanks to everyone ! It was a painful +3 weeks ; but finally I received my Ethers.
