We appreciate that many of you are helping out each other to answer questions. To answer some common questions:

There was no Windows Wallet during the airdrop. Can I fill out the Windows Wallet address later on?
The existing forms can't be edited, but we'd be glad to help you out. Send us a private message on Telegram to arrange this. Please send your BTCN Wallet address and Twitter username.

When will the BTCN from the airdrop be distributed?
Distribution of the rewards from the airdrop will take place one month after it finished, which is at the end of February.

When is the next airdrop?
After the launch of the Windows Wallet we will schedule another airdrop. Join our Telegram group or other social media channels to be the first to know about it.

Can Ether wallets address be used for the airdrop?
No, sorry. We can only distribute BTCN to BitcoiNote Wallets.

Thanks! To answer your questions:

1) Yes, you can use the CryptoNight algorithm. CryptoNote is the name of the coin techonlogy while CryptoNight is the name of the hashing algorithm which it uses.

2) Yes, CPUs are used when you mine with the wallet, the miner or some third party miners.

Premine info?  Block height is 10k+ already.  That's a 14 day premine, which won't be the worst pre-mine as long as you didn't also pre-mine a genesis block.

Yep thank you. I received the reward already. Btw, I'm not mining the coin atm. I'm still waiting and want to know how the dev's progress in the upcoming days. Many users seems to have low respect, so that I won't speculate here.
