If you could choose one that would implement Bitcoin payments, what would it be? I'd say Amazon.

Amazon for sure!!!

Of course European Amazon would be my first choice. We were able to buy Amazon.com gift cards years ago, but we still can't buy their counterparts in Europe. I don't get it really. If they don't want to openly accept it, they could at least allow third party companies to take all the risk by allowing them to redistribute gift cards for cryptocurrencies.
I also would like a store like mediamarkt to start accepting it.

Whoever the world's biggest retailers and wholesalers are that is who I want to accept it. Therefore Amazon and Ebay automatically make the list and whatever other big conglomerate there is I would want them to as well.

Major online retail store would be a good start. If that starts happening, soon many others will follow that example and it will blow up in no time. Also, maybe some software development companies should start "trusting" crypto and actually start boosting their sales by accepting it. Am I the only one who sees a negative side to not accepting crypto? You can only benefit by accepting.

I totally do agree with you. The companies I would want to accept bitcoin as a means of payment are the biggest online shopping site's.  So I'd choose Amazon and Aliexpress. I think they are the biggest at least for now.

Ford Motors

No use in trying to buy food using BTC or hookers when the transaction fee is $45.00
but it would be alright on a $30,000 car

Fix the fees and do it now or we could be facing an implosion and if you believe I am wrong
then a saying in the trade is "Let the trend be your friend"

There is no discrimination that such a business accepting adds value and the other doesn't. I feel that each and every small scale business could accept bitcoin and the same will contribute to the growth from the base. The same when executed by the large scale business like Amazon or some other retail services it'll easily reach the people which is the only difference.

Groceries like Cosco and Walmart, and any other restaurants out there that accept bitcoin as a payment, right now it's emerging and there's a big picture of bitcoin in terms of payment procedure.

Some gift card store that covers all big EU retailers would be great.
I think I'd also like shopping malls to issue their own Bitcoin gift cards that you can use in any of their stores. I'm not even hoping for a full acceptance like in Japan or Korea. Gift cards would still be a good option.

I don't know, but I hope it will be a big company so others will follow, Amazon maybe!!
But with the current state of the network (high fees, many unconfirmed transactions, volatility) , that is unlikely to happen.
The lightning network will fix some of these problems and that will probably motivate big companies to adopt Bitcoin.

Correct so that leave illegal gambling, video girls, and weed plus us tax dodgers and people like me
who just hates bankers but our niece won't last with $45 transaction fees and will never scale to
micro-transactions so read my mind when I think about what way prices will be going if the fees are
not fixed like yesterday  Roll Eyes

Even if that was fixed the price of a bitcoin would have to drop significantly and become stable I have spoken to companys who tried Bitcoin in the early days and gave up because it was just to much hassle trying to work out prices and then have to keep changing them with Bitcoins volatility.

Amazon and other grocery and department store so that shopping will no need to convert my bitcoin in fiat also to eliminate too much transaction fees when converting. Also I would to travel around the world using bitcoin and without worrying about my finances since bitcoin is accepted world wide. It would be nice if bitcoin can become a legal tender that can be use anytime and anywhere

It would be good if you could pay in bitcoins on ebay, but then sellers should accept and support bitcoins as well.

I do not want only one online market that receives Bitcoin, I want all e-commerce to receive Bitcoin because then the level of Bitcoin trust will increase. Now there are already some e-commerce that receive Bitcoin, but the level of market share is still a bit inhibiting. I think when there is a big e-commerce that receives Bitcoin then it will make a significant change.
