Hi dear who read!
Is it possible to import bitcoin balance of a wallet into another wallet of another app by knowing its address & recovery phrases?
I had some btc in my COPAY wallet .Now it is a while that COPAY has problem restoring wallet. And no support.
What am I supposed to do ?
Are my BTCs gone?! Do I had to forget it?

the only things I have are the restore phrases ( 12 words) and my address given by COPAY.

I think bitpay and copay is pretty much identical since I imported my bitpay wallet to electrum a month ago. If my guess is right both uses BIP39 for their seed.

You can try importing it to electrum using your seed. Below is a tutorial for that.
