Hi dear who read!
Is it possible to import bitcoin balance of a wallet into another wallet of another app by knowing its address & recovery phrases?
I had some btc in my COPAY wallet .Now it is a while that COPAY has problem restoring wallet. And no support.
What am I supposed to do ?
Are my BTCs gone?! Do I had to forget it?
Thank for help.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I think bitpay and copay is pretty much identical since I imported my bitpay wallet to electrum a month ago. If my guess is right both uses BIP39 for their seed.

You can try importing it to electrum using your seed. Below is a tutorial for that.

Tutorial: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed

*When electrum prompts you to enter your seed, Click options and tick the BIP39 Seed Box

This looks pretty helpful - has some information on getting the private keys which you could then sweep into the new wallet perhaps:
