A: One new project, which you already know, is the finger-vein based authentification for wallet.
It is planned to finsih in the end the Feburary.
I'm working on another one, which is still in the research stage, is to build a tool-chain to support the automatic creating of embedded AI hardware, i.e., automatical search of AI models + automatic synthesis of AI hardware.
Q: Youre finger vein based authentification for wallet is already used by iphone, samsung mobile phones ?
Or what you are trying to do is something different?
Most mobile phones using actually a finger vein based authentification.
A: No, most cell phones use finger PRINT authentification.
It's different from finger VEIN authentification, which has not been used for any smart phones yet.
The finger PRINT authentification is more error prone, has a higher duplication ratio, and cannot support liveness detection (you can cut a finger and cheat the authentification).
It needs an external hardware gadget and those used for applications with higher security requirements..
