Did you save your private key when you enable your 2FA Authentication? If you would save it so don't fall into the problem. And thanks for the advice. Next time you be careful to enable 2FA authentication on any site.

Saving your backup code was your duty, and exchange is just protecting private funds. I bet that a lot of fraud claims goes on , scammers trying to get hold of other people accounts

Bittrex is 100 times better than Binance.

I totally disagree with people saying bittrex is better than binance.

Both exchanges have real differences between them.

Binance on the first hand has the upper hand in terms of live exchanging, minimal fees, faster platform, more reliable system with profit loss.
no validation for withdrawal for those who dont want to put their ids, and they should know the risk, not putting your id's means lower security in all possible ways.

Bittrex on the other hand fees x5 times higher than binance 0.25 and binance 0.1 and 50% off thats 0.05, and bittrex let you deposit without verification but when you withdraw you must have identity verification otherwise you wont be able to withdraw anything, and the only feature maybe is selling of the mining profit immediatley which goes in the bittrex hand also , bittrex allows you sell your satoshis till the end but binance allows only high figures and low satoshis doesnt count on exchanging which is the only low side of binance.

So in my opinion give or take binance has a better platform than bittrex in overall

I think every exchange site warned you properly regarding 2factor authentication, told you the risk if you ever lose your phone and cannot access your account anymore. It is our Job as a user to save what ever code they might told us. If you properly keep safe your code this won't be problem to you. Bittrex is great, very user friendly but Binance has more coin that they support. I think right now Binance is the top exchange site as of the moment.

OP already made a thread about this.

I suggest you use google translate or pay an English speaker to clear it up with them. Circumventing 2FA is a serious thing to exchange operators.

You sound like you are drunk and incoherent. Definitely not surprising that you lost your 2FA  Cheesy Grin

Are you kidding me? Using bittrex is the worst, they never reply tickets. They never answer your questions. They suspend accounts randomly without indicating any reason.

Binance is much better, but I didn't have a support experience in there.

Here you go OP:

Quote
You need to reply us back with the following information:

1:ID/Passport picture two sides
2:You holding your ID/Passport homepage + paper announcement, handwritten note that you need to reset 2FA with your current time(day month year).
3:After verify, we will reset it for you. While after that you are unable to withdraw within 48 hours for the security of your assets.

Yeah, it's not binance but Op's fault.
There are few rules to be followed if you have lost the 2fa which is you responsibility.
Considering how much tickets has received per minute for an exchange, sent 10,000 tickets only add more hassle into their system, without proper form of informations that you have to provide for binance (mentioned above), they won't reply your tickets.

Big exchanges like Binance usunally need more time than 1 month to answer ... This is sad, but often it's true. Have you tried to contact them via FB or other social media?

I haven't tried to used Binance because not that I don't like it, but I just used trading platforms which fits my need. But what I have seen is that is your own fault OP, sorry to tell you that. I myself have some few issues with the trading platform that I used, and you know what I do? I open tickets, if I didn't get a response from them, I go on social media to try and draw their attentions. Its very effective way because I have issues resolved after that. So I advise you to go that route as well. You also need to understand that crypto world suddenly explodes that a lot of users started flocking on a lot of trading platforms that sometimes they have a difficult task to handle the support tickets. I'm sure that everyday, there are thousands of traders opening ticket, so maybe your ticket is in a queue or something. And not only you have been issues with Binance or any trading platform for that matter.

Don't blame binance for what you are responsible, you should need to take care of your 2FA code.
BTW don't lose hope because may be they are overloaded with the applications regarding these issues so it will take time for considering and verifying each and every account. Keep calm and wait for their response.

That sucks. I have been using them for a few months now and have had nothing but an amazing experience.

I have actually heard a ton of horror stories about bittrex. Lots of stories about stolen money.

Yah please don't accuse the website of your shortcomings. I have never had issues with them and if I had the issue you were having I wouldn't post about it on the forums especially saying that it was their fault. If anything you should be coming on here to warn others to back up their codes and to not put the blame on Binanace. Check yourself before you wreck yourself.

Seems like pretty much all the exchanges are a piece of total crap!

I don't really know which one to pick?

Has anyone had a good experience with any Japanese exchanges?

Like fast ID verification and fast deposit/withdrawal?

P.S. Jeez, can't wait to see more crypto on ForTrade!!!

I'm sure Bittrex support system will do a longer time. I suggest you should take an extra caution when dealing with that kind of stuff. Handle the code like you handle your private key.

I'm sorry to hear from you. Have you tried contacting via telegram? https://t.me/binance_support How could you lose your 2fa? I've been using Binance for half a year, and there are no obstacles or problems at all.

What do you mean ?, don't listen to OP , he totally lost it.
I think when a website has masses of users asking for support, it wont be that fast , but there is working support in binance on the contrary to what the OP said he is kinda drank too much last night, and lost his 2FA keys,

Just give binance a try and then if you don't like their platform support valid points, I'm against fuding websites when they are benefiting us.
