What 2FA are you using on binance?  Google authenticator or authy?  Best 2FA to use on binance is which one?

I used google for a while but now i am using lastpass, coz i can set a password for that, and google authenticator does not have such a feature.

I see your problem is on you. Why you have loss your 2FA, Of course they can not help you because they not have it. You should have saved it well before you reset or remove the Google Authenticator. Now you blame the Binance and say others that is their falls. Are you sure?

I am sorry to hear that. Should lose security 2FA is your responsibility. if I should be wise to resolve this problem. you will be the same if you use the other Exchange, because it is your responsibility. Possible that try to contact customer Service of the Exchange through the contact center was informed of the Exchange. Many Exchange that have been made contact services in addition via email, chat message, Telegram, Twitter, slack, facebook and others. all Exchange definitely will make the consumer his comfortable of it. During binance I never having problems nothing. May your problems hopefully soon can overcome.

What about Tradesatoshi exchange? I agree that Binance is better than Bittrex about trading fee and faster platform. But both of them dont have margin like poloniex or bitfinex. Should you consider to sign up bitfinex?

I have been using binance for several months and have never encountered any problems.
So I will stay. Using binance for trading.

Sorry to break it to you but bittrex isn't any better than binance. Binance is the better of the two actually.

Bittrex wasted their better position by closing the registration for sduch a long time already. Actually its only this that made binance go past bittrex with trading volume.

I think the problem is in yourself, you said that you activate your 2FA and now you forget to save your private or passkey which is the result of your negligence. Meaning, binance exchange has no with you instead it is yourself mate.
