If believe they can if they solve their scalability problems. I like what they have done for the past couple of years. But i think this year more then ever the market will have heavy swings.

I can see it go to 1500 in 2018 but 4000 is too much in my opinion, but this is crypto so everything is possible I guess, I am going to keep an eyes on it.
Same with you, i think in 2018 Ethereum will probably reach $1500-2000, but to reach $4000 at least need 1-2 years more. I ever read an article on internet that says the Ethereum price can surpass bitcoin, so is possible it can go to $4000 but still not in this year. |

and its will be increase more and $4.000 in 2018 is possible. my predict it will be increase a few month later.

I still believe ethereum can manage to hit up to $5k this year. We will witness this at the last months of the year. I think the rest will be another different era for ethereum and crypto currencies. This is like the digital cash era. |

I believe that this year ETH can become much more expensive than 4000 dollars. If crypto develops as intensively as in 2017 the bitcoin price will reach 60k and the price of ETH 6-7k. I believe it))

To make this happen Bitcoin has to go to 40-50K range if you think this can happen, ethereum can sure go over 4k, My guess is, sure that will happen one day but not in 2018. But maybe in end of 2019 or 2020. |

I guess that is a very possible thing in 2018. ETH got strong support, as even after the hardfork the price did not drop at all, only raised more. |

I dont write a lot here but in my opinion with the countless ethereum based new projects in 2018 and with strong community and team, eth can go even 8k usd at the end of year. i think most of the volume change will happen at q4 2018

ETH has the network and the potential which BTC doesn't have and all the new ICO's are on ERC-20 token based, only if there is new to replace Ether, there will be a drop, but until, ethereum is rising with minor dips like all cryptocurrencies

I would speculate that there will finally be a couple serious killer apps deployed through Ethereum, and ETH price will pass 4k this year. By killer app I don't mean something that has a sudden surge in popularity like crypto kitten. I would rather see a niche product that solves a specific problem for a specific industry.

I think ethereum will grow but maybe not that high  There are a lot of competitors this year who will be having smart contracts as well. Eth will get more competition. |

i think ETH will grow because most of ICO still using ETH network
but it need something better
cheaper fee and faster transaction
with that, ETH price will grow more but i think it will double

yes ethereum nowadays have integrated with a lot of projects and it is makes the market so busy and the ethereum holder getting increased everyday , every year . the price might won't go far like that , $2,000 or $2,500 this year could be the next stop. at least that is what i have got on making a simple analysis why ethereum price could continue growing from the current price. |

It definitely has a chance, hard to say. However I think Neo is much more likely to see a x4 this year. I'd be surprised if it is not, its Chinese etherum if you aren't familiar working hand in hand with Chinese government. Look into it. Great coin.
