Quick clarification about CryptoBank.

DollarBit system is based on Participation Coefficient(Q_p). To accommodate this new metric, we needed to create a wallet with extended functionality. Because of the change in paradigm from prioritizing transaction to prioritizing storage and saving as well as the added functionality, calling "wallet" CryptoBank is more relevant and reflective of the changes to the paradigm.
