I'd like to think you made this post when most coins were fully into a bull run. Yeah, emotions were high then and it was very easy for most people to predict what a crypto boom in future. So far, 2018 has been a lull. Most coins predicted to do well back in 2017 have gone so far below that you start to wonder if they will ever get back to your entry point.

I don't think so. The market still recovers. Trading still trade in fear. No hope for exploding. The market backs to its true value.

It seems that it is still too early for Altcoins to exploding in 2018. Altcoins have been stuck in the red market and most of us are trapped in red traps. I think Altcoins exploding may come true in 2019.

agree with you this is such too early for altcoin making to be explode for well i think this is just an speculation and waiting when could be happen.

If you trace the market from those previous years, most of the time alts explode in the last term of the year so if things happen again then we need
to wait for some months in order to see the value of certain coins that we are supporting with, buy and hold and expect for big increase after btc rise

coins below the top100 at Coinmarketcap do not grow. Every announced project die after release, cause of people sell new coins right away. This became as tend already and it's fast and easy way to make money. Bitcoin is showing negative moods and with that fact in head I am very skeptical about new or/and coins about which almost nobody know.

Many people in crypto make the mistake to go in projects that are already high. Maybe most people are just too lazy or dont have the time to analyze and look at coins below the top100 at Coinmarketcap

Colx combines Monero and Raiblocks and will x100 in 2018. But I think we will see many cheap altcoins explode in 2018, while Bitcoin stays relatively stable.

I think that altcoins and bitcoins is a very good year for 2018 because most of the people right now can invest on cryptocurrency and the demand will keep on increasing so we can expect a higher prices this year more than last year.

I believe this will be happening soon, Let's just wait for the big countries like CHINA, KOREA and RUSSIA for their regulations of crypto. After that i guess the market will not only stablelize but it will also gain it's momentum. I guess this bearish market is very normal to the point that it will go up again for sure. This will not be permanent since nothing is permament, but there's nothing to loose if we believe on a certain thing.

As i see so far bitcoin is dominating, dominance right now is 42%, last year i saw 33% , so this few months bitcoin is winner, not altcoins.

Maybe a lot of people have read your entire thread and they finally saw that you were just trying to promote the altcoin in where you are investing right now.

If we invest in that coin right now, we are going to be investing in the worst moment, 400% of increase in a a single week, and it is not going down, it is preocupant, and absolutely a bad moment to invest.

hahahahaha don't think too bad. There are still many altcoins that really have a good reputation and of course the price goes up. Such as pundix, moneytoken, auto cube and many more new ICO in the year 2018 whose price goes up higher than ICO price. Explore more and not too much negative thinking.

Probably many people have read all the threads that are here, and they finally see there is a gap or chance on another coin.
Altcoin now has a place of hearted investors, large funds will continue to flow and this will make the bitcoin getting left behind in the future.

On the contrary, I think many coins and tokens will actually die this 2018. Time for tokens and coins that have real use cases to shine.
This will be similar to the internet boom of the 90's. Only a few survived and became Titans of the Internet age - Google, Amazon, Facebook etc.
We will see Titans of the Cryptoverse as well.

I really don't know how true these statements is.  Most of this year has been bearish,  and if any rise is going to happen in  cryptocurrency market,  I do not think it will be explosive. We may still trade sideways in price for some time.
