When do you know its time to Stop?

That's the biggest part that hard to control if you are a gambler man, first thing to do is self discipline by doing you can control you're self as being addicted of gambling. As identifying the purpose of your gambling activity to whether it'll be for fun or for profit , identifying when it should end is imperative .
If it's for fun , then you should know it as soon as the fun ends , and if it's for profit , then your bankroll is your indicator ! Too much red means get the hell out . You need to stop if you continue to keep on losing or else you will regret it in the end but for me winning or losing, gambling vice is really not good for you because it will ruin your life in which you may forget your friends, family, work and God. Let's just say in this day your goal is $1000 then after you reach $1000 stop the game no more reasons no more because. What if I win more? No more what if's! Your goal is your only goal! If you don't know when to stop gambling then best option is decide first how much you want to spend money on these games and deposit only that much amount to gambling site account then you no need worry about when you want to stop because even though you finish your bankroll but it was predefined so your losses may not be so much.
