I find best to set my limits and if I do have a bigger bankroll make sure I only use what is my planned loss. If I am in loss its time to call it a day and not try to chase my losses just write it off to bad luck.

really? well good for you that you actually set your own limits becuase gambling on the other hand is really addictive thing to do and sometimes youll never know when to stop even though you actually loose more that you win but in my case i just immediately stop playing gambling whenever i won a single bet becuase i always loose whenever i try to contiue and play several games at once therfor in order to limit my self and my losses i now decided to gamble atleast once a week and playonly a single bet at a maximum amount.

To be honest, it will be very hard to stop when we are in a disadvantage position (lose). This is a problem that for most gamblers is difficult to solve. Self control and limiting the amount of money we can afford to lose may can help but both things will require hard work and can not be achieved in a short time.

Yes when the losestreak already hit us, then that is a sign to stop. When we lose a lot of money, then it's also a sign that we have to stop, at least stop for a while. Actually it depends on my mood if I am feeling happy or having fun with my friends even a small amount of profit would do I would stop right away,
