Gambling is an addiction. When I won some I stop playing for a while. Then again start playing in a hope to win more. But after all I lost it all.  And when I lose I deposit more to cover up my loses by gambling more. Sometimes I win and other time I lose

Even though I still have a chance of winning because I still have a budget, I will still stop coz I am thinking that losing on the game on that day is already the sign for me that I am not lucky enough to win amd maybe I lose all my money

Well I guess your are not one of those gamler who love to chase losses or maybe gambling for you is for fun and winning is not really a top priority regardless you lose or win you will only use the allocated money for that day. The only way when you know it is time to stop is if you have already placed a limit for yourself in the first place which is what most gamblers do not always do and one of the reasons why they end up flopping so bad that they lose everything. Once you know luck is not on your side for the day, and you have been able to gamble enough of what you intend to gamble with, then that is it.

That is absolutely right, the only one that is going to help you is yourself, the final decision will still be yours, others will just give you their opinion but it depends on you if you're going to do it or not. It is easy to say but hard to execute. I could easily say that I want to stop once I won enough profits in my middle of my gambling game but my subconscious always say : "Just one more try" or " Maybe I could have win much more and bigger this time". I stop gambling when I win a lot of money because I know that if I continue I will lose not only the winning but also my own money. Therefore it is best to quit gambling atone when you realize that now you have made handsome money. There are other days to come. You can gamble more on other day but don’t continue on the same day.

Winning a lot of money should not even be the only criteria to gambling, and in fact the best criterion is when you have lost your entire limit which you must always set for yourself. In my opinion the best time to stop gambling is the moment you are about to go bust. Don't force your luck, if its not your day, just go home and try again tomorrow. I am not saying not to keep trying but you will know it if its not your time. Go do something else that can make you earn money than losing on gambling.
