I really like your point number two. You have to stop when you get to a specific goal or target. One thing many of us forget is that Gambling should move along with target setting. You get there, you stop so that you don't get overindulgence
Do not forget the part that most people desired goal in gambling is winning and even when they keep losing, they just keep focusing on their desired goal until they end up losing everything. In the last part, overindulgence as for sure affected a lot of people and that overindulgence actually comes with trying to win at all cost. The best way to have a fix mind of stopping is to go with what you can afford to lose, see it as something you are paying to catch some fun and once you are out, that is it, if you win big, take your thing and go away. |

No this is wrong we can never can achieve our desired goal in gambling so we have to keep limits with our betting and stop when we exhausted the money or time.And accept our losses in gambling that is how the system was designed and we can't expect the win to happen always. Really wrong. Accepting losses before even experiencing the loss is the mindset that makes most gamblers not to see gambling as something they are going to get anything tangible from. A lot of people though, have turned gambling into something they can earn from or make some huge profit and that makes them push harder even while losing a lot and consoling themselves that as long as they keep trying, they will do better. That is where the main problem of stopping actually starts from. |

I've never been to the point where I've felt "enough is enough" and I've considered giving up my rather expensive hobby.
I do know a few people (one in particular) that chooses to lie to his family in order to get out to the casino to play poker.
If there ever comes a time where a gambler finds himself having to lie in order to gamble, there may be a sign there that it's time to stop.
Also, if someone is having a tough time paying their bills or supporting their family, eliminating gambling from their life would be a vital option.

It is a sad fact to know that many gamblers can't control themselves because they will continue to play to satisfy themselves. There is a saying here which says that victory in gambling is temporary and loss is the beginning of destruction. For those who gamble without a mature plan, it's good for them to ponder for a moment! |

it is easy to say but it is actually hard to do. youll never know when to stop until you loose all your available balance , that is a fact and most of us are doing everytime whenever they do gambling but in my case i do stop wherever i won on a single bet and i wont continue anymore because if i do , id still gonna loose it all due to the fact that i only play dice game and hi lo games which is indeed pretty risky and wont require a skill rather than pure luck.
I will agree with you mate. It is too easy to say but really hard to do mostly when we are in the stage of losing. Our adrenaline pump and all we think about is to win back what we’ve lose and ended up losing it all. And that is the big reasons why many gamblers became addicted to gamble. Been there and done that but i never played dice games. I usually played poker or other table games. |

If you have a high tendency to not stop until busting, then I came across these tips which do help: - Don't put all your available bankroll directly in the game (in case you're using deposits). Leave always at least half outside as a security measure if you go bust.
- One must stop after reaching a certain goal, The goal should be predetermined and shouldn't be changed during the play.
- If you're doing really good, withdraw part of your earnings (if you can, ofc) to avoid losing it all in one go.
Having a big bankroll can make you feel falsely safe in that "oh I'll just keep increasing my bet until I win" but alas, the 30 reds in a row do exist, and will come. Do not let them take it all. The goal you make should be realistic and firm, Don't change it or else be prepared to face bad consequences. You gotta fight back the voice that screams inside your brain "Come on, double again and we recover!". Based on my experienced, i know when its time for me to stop if i have already win or lose several times because its a sign that its already my limit. It is good to teach yourself to know how to stop when playing because you will get addicted and lose a lot of money. |

That's a good question!  I don't know about another gamblers but I know when the time to stop. I often play with Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum thats why I stop when my bankroll is less than 0.01(BTC,LTC,ETH). After this amount I will start after some hours with small payouts but anyway I'll lose  |

I know that I need to stop when I already cannot understand like almost losing in every deal of the game because bad luck is with me that day and even how I tried to the best I can do and still it is not effective that is the time I stop.

Well, kind of. You don't know when to stop. That's why you should have an amount in mind before you start playing. But sometimes or most of the time rather, player always broke the amount they have set. If loss, frustration makes them non stop in playing or making depo right after a loss. If won, they are very confident that they can always do it so they will continue on playing and broke their limit they have set in win. You are right, frustration will make them lose more because while loosing continuously we have to control ourselves by not gambling any more, but most of the people will start gambling without any limits and this makes them lose more money. To make profits we have to control ourselves by setting some limits. |

Yeah but its really hard bro, sometimes example if we stil have some money maybe we lose/win in my thinking stil want to play to gain maximum profit but after that iam always losing my money |
