Requesting Mod for XPX RX 580 RX-580P8DFD6

I am new to mining. This is my first GPU/PC for mining, if I can figure it out I will scale.

Please help me mod my GPU. It is giving me 18.5 mh/s. I have read and watched a lot of YouTube videos and still confused about the GPU models and memories they use.

GPU MODEL: XPX RX 580 RX-580P8DFD6
According to GPUZ it has Samsung Memory.
PC Config:
MOBO: MSI Gaming Intel B250 LGA 1151
Windows 7 Pro
4GB ram
Intel BX80677G3930 7th Gen Celeron
EVGA 650 N1, 650W

they even take request if you find your bios is missing.
