We never know what happen in the future, however I believe that bitcoin value are increasing but I don't want to expect more since bitcoin value for now are stable and less movement in the market.

See at current the price is $12000 and the market situation is not good and it looks like price manipulation to create pump and dump in market but as soon as everything comes under control the prices are going to boost without any stoppage and reach new milestones and the price which you have mentioned that is $50k will be definitely achieved by next year.Speculations are that it can cross $70000 but we cant say anything surely in this risky and volatile coin but hope for the same.

The price is recovering slowly and it is better than a quick pump because we know that it is because of the microbuying of different people not a quick buy of a billionaire.

BTC is good for long term investment and if you are a long term investor then buy some (like they are saying only buy what you can afford to lose), but still it is better to look for alts right now and ride the whales and use the profit that you are to buy more BTC rather than speculate the price over and over again.
I've been in the UP and down of BTC in the last 2 years and from what I have observe this is really just the beginning of cryptocurrencies and only those investors who are investing early have the capacity to manipulate the price but this will be harder as time passes by because you know global adoption is coming.
Even gold spent a hundred years to make its price stable.

I'm only good when bitcoin hits $20,000 at the very end of this year and if gets higher then that's another price to thank for it's increase. that value is to high than the current price maybe it will take a long time or another year before bitcoin achieve that value.  However that's a good news but i will not assume that it will happen on this year because bitcoin always fluctuated and fall when the value becomes overdue maybe 30k is possible.

Dude we haven't even gone to the end of january. Btc has become stagnant at a certain price for a longer time before bullying its way upwards. 50k isn't as impossible as some would think. 20k is not an issue. We'll break that soon and move to another step forward

Speculation are just a speculation , i cannot see the fundamentals about this so far.
The price might could increase a little bit with the lightning network planned ahead.
I just doubt it could move up that high , not enough news to support it to make people become more greedy to invest

Lightning network is the only thing capable of pushing Bitcoin to such levels. Nothing else can come even close to that, so it's pointless to wait for good news pumps. Bitcoin needs to be able to handle insane levels of usage every second, and for that we definitely need lightning network. SegWit is all fine, but it won't do much in the long term since it's very limited itself. In order to cope with the demand, offchain scaling solutions are needed to move forward. From there it's easy to assume that the only major trigger will be lightning network itself. All other things are literally peanuts. Seriously, what's more adoption worth when Bitcoin can't handle it?

Everyone is optimistic when it comes to the price of bitcoin. There has been a lot of it for the past years and keeps on giving us a lot of idea on how bitcoin is growing and getting to the mainstream.

Lightning network is the only thing capable of pushing Bitcoin to such levels.

This has been believed that it's going to solve scaling problems, will reduce fee and will make transactions faster. Still waiting on the progress and result of LN.

If has stalled somewhat after rallying past $17K initially. It's the nature of bitcoin though, sometimes we think that it will go up in the next days but then again in retracted back to $15K. However, its too early to tell as we are still in initially stage of the year. Yes, $50K is not really that far, maybe we can hit it at the end of year.

I guess if we test $20K, it will stage another levels for bitcoin and make a run to $50K. Nevertheless, this struggles to get to $20K is part of the growing pains, challenges and obstacles. But once we hurdle everyone of them, we can then march to $50K or even higher at the end of 2018, exciting times ahead and we need to be optimistic so that things can happen favorable to us.

I am quite disappointed with this video, to be honest - as someone already commented on YouTube:
The title of that video is misleading. I really thought this video would explain why Bitcoin's price is heading to 50k.
But instead, it's just a sales pitch - nothing really to be excited about. I am still waiting for BTC to reach 50k though.

we hope this happen as bitcoin is currently clashing because of the fundamental issue coming from south Korea. Bitcoin was doing very well before this time and of a truth rumors and fake news and articles are actually affecting this coin.  I think we should began to expect serious upward movement any moment from next month or close to the end of this month when all the uncertainty has died down.seeing bitcoin at $50,000 should be the desire of all the holders.

Well at this point I can't do anything but to trust these positive speculations on where bitcoin will be at it's next movement. Nothing seems to be seen on bitcoin at this moment but more of it's dip and it's value keeps on increasing. I was good enough to see it stable at $15,000 but it feel down to $13,500 which is still a good support. I'll just do nothing and will wait up until bitcoin hits $50,000 if tx costs will be solved, we'll definitely see bitcoin skyrocketing.

Are you sure about this?  How about $20,000 first?  Bitcoin had never stayed in 20k USD.  Instead it just peaked at it and then goes down to where it is now.  It is ok to speculate but then we should be realistic about it.  Before believing on that, we must see first that Bitcoin thrives at 20k USD then 30k and 40k.  AFter hitting those, there is no other stop but $50,000.

It should be the next stop is $20k because the price right now falls down. If $20k would hit, so the next must be $25k, all of this are speculative. In this, we should be very active in the market and check but lets hope it will hit the target to $50k.
