My biggest problem presently is I don't know how to rate Yifu. He's shipped me Avalons in the past, but clearly isn't going to ever process our trade-ins, namely because now it would be stupid for me to pay even the trade-in rate for an Avalon since it will never make ROI. If I had a way to do neutral, I could still offer an accurate rating without positively affecting his trust.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Maybe if we give one of each that will in the end give the guys the same score and thus work out?
Negative ratings are weighted heavier than positive ratings.

Two pos for every one neg?   Or something like 3 pos for every two neg?
-5 but it ages out over time.
