OK it is not 100% confirmed jet but it looks like they will pay for rushjob. Not for 140 boards that I had but for 40 boards. The rest at normal speed. Now I don't plan to make any boards for me but we need to figure out a what is the best way to make boards done... I think it is still the order the chips came to me and give propriety to donors and GB. But I would still put dwdoc no the first place...

But if anyone had a different suggestion I'm open for it... Something like 1/3 plan that BFL had maybe... But how will that work for thus with 1 board...

How much time difference is there between the  40 rush jobs and the remaining 100? Ultimately this is your call Lucko (better you than me) but I don't have a problem with any of the suggestions above.
40 should be in about 48 hours... 100 in about 7 working days...

I'm sure I'll regret saying this but just ship mine together if that means I'm in the 100 board batch then so be it. I'm still kinda hoping they find them.

So on a side note I am ordering thermal pads and it is a big square that I assume I cut to fit on top of the chips. I hope I don't sound like a freakin idiot here but do I cut one big piece that covers the entire area of the chip cluster or do cut a smaller pieces to go on top of each chip with some space between them. I obviously don't much about the subject, I've never used thermal pads before and was fortunate enough to have the one chili board I have assembled by CrazyGuy but I'm on my own for the next two.

Link to thermal pad I am considering.

Cut for each but doesn't really matter
But make sure parts that don't touch chips do touch heatsink very well or it will trap heat

I followed what Mr. Teal did with one (or a couple?) of his boards.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=304250.msg3468682#msg3468682

I got two of those coolers waiting for each board.  They are going to take up some space, but it looked to me like a really good AND cheap way to keep them cool.  I don't know about you but with the way this deal has been going I don't want to spend another cent I don't have to.

Anyway - Mr. Teal said he just used the grease that came in the boxes with the coolers.  No pads apparently.  Said he was getting 39.8 Gh/s on a board with all 8 chips firing.  He even got 32 Gh/s on board with one dead chip.  I think cooling is going to make a huge difference with these boards.

Antec Kuhler Shelf, $9.00/item.

First in First Out is fair.
+1
Why should the ppl who paid later (waited too long!? ... potentially delayed the ordering parts) now get boards earlier?
Doesn't sound fair to me. The ones who ordered first should be served first.

I think, until now, Lucko have do a good job managing (a lot) problems found in this group Buy.
I think he will find a fair solution even if not be a strict first in firts out.

If anyone is interested I'm now also reordering boards and if someone would like to have there chips mounted contact me ASAP. Boards will not be made in big batches so no need to wait for me to announce next batch. As long as 6+ boards to make I will do it... I plan to reorder 50 additional boards but to get the idea how many are needed some feedback would be nice...

I would think so...

It takes 7 working days for boards to be made... It could be done faster but it starts to cost much more... And usually you get them sooner anyway...

Have the boards made it back to the facility yet?  What kind of time frame are we looking at until completion and shipping?

Here is an interesting water block that should fit on the Chili.

It may need a copper shim to lift it away from the board, and it will need mounting plates.

with this size of cooler it may fit into a single card slot. (with some plumbing and a separate pump and powerside fan)

Edit:- I have just ordered one.
When it comes I will take some photos
