There is uncritical mistake in Chili BOM... One component is missing. Is anyone plan to use GPU cooler? Plug for GPU cooler fan is not in BOM and I missed that error. I will order it now and will add it later by hand on boards that will need it... The rest looks OK... But they didn't finish setting up yet so first board will came off assembly tomorrow...
And now I have all the boards done... I will also receive the one from France tomorrow too... So I can make additional 150 boards without a problem if anyone needs them...
Everything happening at once ......and spare boards as well. No GPU connectors needed for my units, I will confirm in PM

Just send me my connectors later ... I do them myself. I guess you have to do lots of other things at the moment anyway. All the best! one4many

Me, too. Please send boards without gpu cooler connectors. Cheers... PS: It's hard to solder the plugs by hand. I've 10 boards for reflowing got directly from Mr. Teal. The boards are cooling very good. My Soldering Iron (50 W) has to less power to heat the solder pads enough do solder the PCI-E and CPU cooler plugs. But with my 500 W heatgun in the hands from my girlfriend and the cooperation heating it was possible. But professional mounting is anouther theme ;-)

No GPU connectors needed here either. When are you shipping these out? How much are the additional boards and am I correct to assume you don't have chips for them?
EDIT: I positively have interest in the extra boards so let me know when you have more info please.

What does this mean for us Lucko ?
If PnP data are now right full production will start tomorrow(it was a Eagle export problem with PnP data). After that I need to program and test them... I should get tracking from Mouser for GPU plug soon. If you would like to have it on board you will need to wait till it gets hire(component was missing in BOM). If not I can send it without...

Another mistake found in BOM... But not critical... Only wrong markings(it is marked as IC1 in BOM and U25 in PnP) so you just need to figure out what is the missing component... Luckily I have working Chili to see what is what...
EDIT: Because of all the errors we found we only made 4 boards so we can test if they work. I did ask MrTeal yesterday to go over all that he send me and he told me that everything should be fine now. It wasn't so I'm not ready to risk all boards...

Yeah, the switch was made on the name of that chip on the silkscreen to keep it in line with all the other U designators for ICs. It appears you have an older version of the BOM (the only differences are the added GPU connector and the change in name for the temperature sensor). If you'd like help with the bringup or have any questions, it's probably best to try and get ahold of me through email. I keep an eye on this thread, but not nearly as often.

If it will be anything as critical as yesterdays problems I will for now I need to get home. And it looks like there is something with this chips and me... See pictures... And none have a car jack(my has broken when I was lifting a car) to borrow me(if you believe them)... But my girlfriend will be hire soon(I hope)... https://www.dropbox.com/sc/mv26jztv6k1rctj/MwgxnXy6mdBut I'm at the point that this is no longer stressful but funny...

I can send you a high resolution image of a chilly from Mr. Teal so you can try to compare it. Here 3 photos with poor quality but maybe ok for you (follow the link) I did not checked the quality. If you need better resolution or more details I can made some more detailed images later. Cheers...

OK yesterday(today) I was up till 4:00am... One board do work the rest don't... No idea why... MrTeal also didn't give me the answer...
Today we redid x-ray of the boards and compeer it visually... It is the same... We also made some boards with the ather board just to be sure that the board is not to blame... They act the same way...
Board that is working has only about 60% of engines working. So it runs at about 23-24GH(not sure if that is related). Others have almost all working and they run for some time then they crash... It looks like it always happens at same chips voltage... Some crash complicity others start producing HW errors and chip voltage go to 0V...
Will need MrTeal to figure out... It would make sense if none would be working but this is not the case... All were made from same batch of components the same way and only difference we can find is number of working engines on chips...
