There are some exchange that do not require listing fees. Also dev can launch the exchange themselves easily just the matter of time, just need to process it quick before everyone lose interest on this coin.

To each his own. I actually didn't mind it.it was functional so it served its purpose. Only issue is that with every mining pool I have tried, I've been seeing inconsistencies with payouts or constant pool errors with authentication problems. Alloy just needs an official pool.
