There is a lot of information missing there.
At which level will be a payout?
What is the average time to find a block?

Payout is every 30 minutes, no matter how much you have mined.

Average time would depend on how much power, and miners, were in the pool I would assume.

On the pool https://speedmining.net the reward for the block is registered 7500 coins. There should be 10,000 coins. Does Poole steal coins?

I do not know to have these problems, they were tested on nicehash and miningrental before I go to the pool.

The 2% fee is correct, payments are made every 5 minutes, the minimum is set to 1 coin.

If you encounter other issues, support 12/24 @CryptoDeskro (Telegram).

There is suppose to be 10,000 coins per block. If a mining pool does not have near that, then they are probably taking a cut of the final.
