Until there is a Project! A projects or Campaigns need really an indorsers or let's just say Bounty Participants. Since some of the campaigns not really give the full appreciation to those bounty participants after they already succeeded then some of them are being left or change the bounty allocation. It really hurt for me since I know that I give all my effort just to indorse them or wear their code and do their rules, then they are not going to give the payments or the whole/Full payments(Not all of them but there are Some). So, I know that Those campaigns needs us to promote them and I think it will ends if the owner of this forum really stop it. So, praying that it will never happens.

I don't think if it can be called a gift since from the word bounty it means you have to do something for money. Though bounties are the common method used by project team to gather or attract investors. It will remain until there were new projects that are going to be available for bounty hunters. Bounties can be profitable on both sides the team and bounty hunters. But of course there were rules and regulations that a bounty hunter should follow whatever bounty program the project has. There also times that a project become a scam that lead to participants of the bounty left unpaid so in terms of bounty hunters they need to select a good and projects with potential that will be helpful in the future.

As usual bounty program is always thought to be free way of earning the tokens. But its not really the same fact, you have to always work for things to get done. The bounty programs always includes stuff like campaigns of signature, twitter, Facebook and all the blogs/video etc. For you to get the stakes or tokens you have to work on these projects and then what for the tokens qualification. :-) Nothing comes as free lunch box really.

You can get free tokens or gifts in your terms from the airdrops but they are always limited and its not enough really to grab some good profits.

The obvious answer is as long as it gives a good ROI (return on investment). Particularly, signature campaings produce a very targeted marketing impact and that is valuable.

From what I have learnt so far from this forum, it is the Airdrops that should be referred to as the 'gift' at least , the tokens are been given prior to the ICO.
As for your question; it will only stop when new developers runs out of innovating ideas. Cause I believe this ICOs are as a result of innovations.

In my opinion, bounty campaigns are going to be extinct after a few years since there are a lot of tokens at the market. I hope this will not happen. Bounty programs help a lot of investors get to know the projects and invest in them, which is a great form of advertising that ICO projects are doing. I think the bounty program ends when there is no ICO, but it is very unlikely that the ICO market will be so great that coin can get support from the market.

Actually it depends on the person who organizes Bounty and Campaign. It also depends on the person who organizes ICO and the existing escrow. If they want to go further and have more funds, then they will continue. But if you ask about when Bounty's there and when Bounty in general or the whole will end, I guess I can not answer that. And I do not think anyone can answer that. Actually, Bounty and Campaign is badly needed because it works to promote an ICO and online business that is running. And in the future, some think it will be more and more needed.

It will remain as long as crypto-currencies exist. Because every week, new crypto-currencies are introduced in to the market. Without promotional offers, none of them will survive. By offering 2% or 3% of all the coins (perhaps a much lower proportion) as bounties, the promoters are increasing the value of the remaining 98% of the coins.
