As of now,  you can buy any crypto coins as every coins value is cheaper now. But I would suggest the below coins, you can choose it for either long or short term investment.

Coins with low values:

Zilliqa
Siacoin
Golem
Ardor
Ripple.

Coins with high values:

Bitcoin
Bitcoin Cash
Maker
Ethereum
Dash.

There is no hesitation with crypto currencies. Any coin you invest in now, would certainly fill your wallet down the line with profits. I would choose cheapest  and top listed coins to invest. Though there is a correction intermittently, there is profit for sure. I would live to choose best ICOs to invest as well. Few ICOs are capturing the market with their projects. Its more and more profitable when investing in a successful ICO.

1. Atlant: even though many people screaming about it to become scam ico but the team still on development and work hard to get the platform up and running.

I think it might be better if you have a goal before buying cryptocurrency and of course need a basic knowledge of crypto before doing that activity.

Buying at the moment is a very wise decision for you.
I think you should invest in NEO or Vechain. Vechain is highly valued by the crypto community and NEO is similar. The good news about NEO in the future is a lot and this is an opportunity for us to buy the bottom of it.

At this time most of the coins including bitcoin is down,so you can buy the coins which is on top but if you invest in crypto currency i wll suggest you to buy bitcoin and ethereum for now.

Absolutely right. Bitcoin maybe in dip for few months now but still the most valuable coin we could ever have and definetely a coin that can easily recover after the corrections in the market. And i belive that bitcoin will always comes with fortune in the future and its best for long term investments since the price always surprise us in every year. Just like what happened before the 2017 ends that the price went up to almost $20000 for 1 BTC.
