Yes, you can deposit any token to MEW. But first, you should check MEW default added tokens to see if YOUR token (DRGN) is avalaible, if not then you should add it manually by adding the TOKEN symbol, contract address, and decimals.

Yes, you can deposit any token to the MEW, provided that they are an ERC20 tokens of Ethereum, it is the wallet that are widely used by the token holders, the best wallet to store your ETH tokens, just keep your private key safely and do not give it to others no matter how they convince you that it is necessary to give that to them.

Yes, you can deposit ERC20 complaint tokens on your MEW wallet. Actually, MEW was design to really function just like that. You can just to setup the ERC20 like decimals places token names etc. You can get it to Dragon chain or to the bounty manager.

As far as safety goes, its still up to us to really protect our wallets. Used strong password and importantly, never type MEW because once you made a mistakes, you will be redirected to a phishing site and chances are you are going to lose all your tokens because they can easily stole all your information including your Private Keys. So I advise you to bookmark the URL.

As long as it's an ERC20 token you can deposit them on MEW

Just do not forget to enter the symbol to see it

It's depends. If you're joining ICO that ERC20 token, which is created on Ethereum so you can store it into MEW or Metamask.

But if not, it's not gonna work for you.

DRGN is already listed on MEW, so yes, you can deposit your DRGN tokens into your MEW wallet.
if your tokens has not been registered/listed on DRGN, you can add custom token before you deposit it, just to make sure your token can be stored on MEW or not.

how?
1. go to "Token Balances" section.
2. click on "Add Custom Token"
3. input the Token Contract Address, Token Symbol, and Decimals.
4. save (make sure the symbol of your token appears after you save it).
5. transfer your token into your MEW wallet.

Yes why not...MEW is always the first place where you can store any of the ethereum Tokens as you said your ICO tokens.
Yes you may need to add custom token manually to show in your wallet and also you can see it on ethplorer as well.

Don't have an idea about Coinomi but as long as the token was an ERC20 token, MyEtherWallet will recognized it.

Sending it to other address is like usual the usual transfer. You just have to familiarize yourself on the interface.

DRGN is default token on MEW, it'll recognise it. but token balance isn't automatically loaded, you'll have to click on "click to load" to view the tokens.

Default tokens on MEW (https://github.com/kvhnuke/etherwallet/blob/mercury/app/scripts/tokens/ethTokens.json).

how to add a custom token (https://myetherwallet.github.io/knowledge-base/send/adding-new-token-and-sending-custom-tokens.html).

This is the way he should follow. Some of the coins are coming in MEW system automatically, but some of them should be entered by the user of the wallet manually. This info is contract address, symbol and decimals. Not that hard to do.

You can deposit any coins on MEW as long as they are supported by the wallet. If it is a new coin, in generaly you must add it yourself and after that you will see it in the balance. As well you can the pending transaction on etherscan to see if you have some coins sent to you but you cant see them because you didnt add them to MEW. I had a surprise like this having some coins waiting for me.
If ICO provides a wallet i think that is best that you keep the coins in the wallet provided by the project.

Thank you guys for all the answers. I can only confirm It does work.

What was for me a little bit misleading: on exchange it says input a DRGN wallet address, where infact - in this case - you just put your MEW ETH address. Tokens received and secured Smiley

Its not that important to add custom token on MEW. You can always check the transactions on etherscan.io or ethplorer.io. To make transactions you need to add.

That is basically it, MyEtherWallet developers did a wonderful job on fully integrating and implementing the ERC20 standard for ethereum based tokens. I saw there are several tokens supported by MEW - all in one place about 100+ tokens. Well, thanks to them for doing such wonderful job. Smiley

All erc20 token based is really transferable to myetherwallet since this is the most common dedicated wallet for those coins. If its not still listed on the wallet then you can just simply custom add token. Put up the Abreviation and its decimal then it would automatically shows up your balance on the coins that you have transferred on your MEW wallet address.

Yes the token must be ERC20 compatible, you can use also EIDOO on your mobile device (both Iphone and Android) and you can check the list of all the ERC20 tokens they support, its pretty convenient
