Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

It depends upon dude on which country you are, but in my case we have here in our country a crypto wallet that easy to convert in to cash or fiat.
By using apps in mobile we download coins.ph after that we convert our bitcoin into fiat in our local currency and then through bank or remittances we cash out our money or fiat as easy as that.
Or the best thing to do you may go in local section and find where is you're country and then ask them about you're problem now.

There is much easier way to cash them out, sell it online and make p2p transactions,or find a local exchange that can convert your coins into cash eitherway it will be less hassle when you have contacts or some good buyers from your place, what i am doing is simply find someone or friends/friends of friends that are into cryptocurrencies so i can easily cashout anytime.

Converting BTC to real money is the cheapest, fastest and convenient way exchange site have ever done in the world of cryptocurrencies. Depending on your country's policy and exchange sites that works well for your country. Remitano is a good site that connects sellers to buyers and vice versa.

You can convert Bitcoin to fiat currency with a Bitcoin credit card. It works like a normal credit card but you can add your Bitcoin balance to it. Or try a Bitcoin ATM, they are  pretty much everywhere now, even in the poor countries. It is easy to use and they use accurate prices. You can google how to use and they have instructions anyway, you just have to have a mobile wallet.

People tend to convert BTC into real money because Bitcoin is not currently widely used for payment. I think in the future you will not need to convert Bitcoin to real money any more hope that people will then use real money to buy Bitcoin to help Bitcoin rates increase rapidly. Future Bitcoin will be a common currency used in any payment transaction. And it will be very convenient, not worry about losing money, pay quickly through the Internet instead of real money transactions as today.

I think that will be depending on your country. Here in the philippines, There is coins.ph, In this website we can exchange our bitcoins to fiat of our country and it was very easy and fast transaction. We are just lucky that bitcoins is not banned in our country so we can still earn it on different ways.
