I started seeing more people who knew about DEEPONION recently ... 2 friends already asked me about it.

It is important and interesting if this friends have to deal with cryptocurrencies before at all or deep onion was their first contact with cryptocurencies?
BTW I just read about deepvault  and it is  in my opinion a very interesting initiative

Hi Adam. Yes DeepVault is my favourite feature. File verification using cryptographic hashing is very technical, but basically allows for file security and copyrighting so has great use case and is very important in this digital age and piracy of ideas..

But DeepOnion is also one of the most secure cryptocurrencies on earth too.. Im not asking you to believe me..
Its the French state which considers it to be a top 4 privacy altcoin amongst the likes of Monero & Zcash & Pivx

Is there approximately eta on code rebase? Tried to find that info on deeponion forum, but I've found out only that the wallet is being tested.

Of course, Cryptopia should announce their fully come back day, but I believe it will better if they announce only when they completely prepare enough stuffs for their comeback.
If they announce soon, without enough technical preparation, then missed to made it on time.
It's terrible and their trust/ reliability will be destroyed.

I agree but they shouldn't take too long either. There are too many exchanges nowadays, people will not wait on Cryptopia, they'll just find a new exchange to trade. Also, taking too long might also take a hit on their trust with their current members, mostly members who still have assets locked in the exchange.
