Very sad to hear this, but i also believe that crypto will be mass adopted some day and their issues will disappear with time
Dont forget, that PolisPay it is not only debit cards, it is also multicurrency wallet for android and ios.

- backup my wallet.dat
- delete all files on %appdata% besides the backup and some other things like .conf and debug
- start wallet
- close wallet
-restore snapshot

now it's back working with no problems!

I invest slowly in your project, but I try to keep the coins on a paper wallet. I would like to be able to import coins into a mobile wallet, but alas I did not find such a possibility there, which is very bad. But I hope that in the future it will be implemented.
