Please, note, that withdrawal takes time, so don`t worry if you do not get your tokens to the wallet more than several hours. (Pending doesn't mean it has been sent on the Blockchain. It means it is still pending our approval to send it, as we are holding tokens in cold storage. We will come up with the list of definitions and withdrawals processes later today.) |

Token Withdrawal Process at GBX
Withdrawal refers to the action of transferring the tokens from GBX to the user's personal wallet. We take great precautions in making sure withdrawals are done safely and securely. We have implemented a 2 factor authentication mechanism via the user’s registered email through out the process.
First, the user needs to authenticate his or her wallet address for the withdrawal.
Second, after the wallet has been authenticated and the user has initiated the withdrawal process, an email confirmation will be sent to the user's email. The status at this time on the GBX platform will be "pending email confirmation". Once the user confirms the withdrawal by clicking the link in the email, the status is will be changed to "pending" on the platform.
All "pending" withdrawals will be put up for processing at 8AM UTC daily (weekends excluded) unless otherwise notified. Their status will change from "pending" to "processing". Should there be any holiday that renders the service unavailable, all customers will be notified beforehand.
The process of moving crypto from our cold storage to external addresses can take up to a few hours as it includes a few manual steps and needs multiple signatures.
GBX does not take any fee for crypto deposits and crypto withdrawals.
