Its not a zero-sum game. We can both win! In fact its better to have more exchanges out there that are well regulated and give confidence to the community

Remember last year, the crypto-currency market was bloated and there was a HYIP, everyone wanted to have a crypto-currency. But there were not enough good exchanges, many exchanges could not cope with the flow of new users and closed registration for new users. Now, a year later cryptoworld was better prepared, and ready to take on all comers. And such exchanges as GBX will be able to attract accredited investors.

Well hopefully they can launch the exchange to public ASAP
And get the license ready  to trade any fiat currency for the exchange

On this exchange will be able to trade everyone who has been verified. He meant probably that this platform will attract large investors, because it is licensed.

Yes, must pass KYC. The soft launch is over now and the full exchange will be rolling out soon. No date for it yet though. The tokens that will be available, outside of major pairs, has not been announced yet.

They must run full exchange in bullrun time. Than we can except RKT token for 1 usd or more. And they must add good hyped tokens and coins.

It does not matter in which market to launch the platform, because it is an exchanger, and they will earn on both markets. The main thing here is to check everything before launching, and to be sure of the platform security.
