He said dev. like to stay anonymous and they respect his decision. I don't understand why the dev. wants to be  anonymous ? what you people think about it?

I made an inquiry about the dev. They said that the dev. wishes to stay anonymous and they respect his wish. But I think they should respect their customers first providing information about them in order to build up a solid connection between two parties,

But It has not happened so far, result is not good for the project I believe.
People always like Scandinavian image, They shouldn't damage it.
