Are you using Coinium server? I have seen this before using Coinium server though stratum-mining server is ok. It has been reported to the Dev.

Does anyone have the working network.py files to set up a P2Pool for Ocoin? I created some but I get errors about invalid length when it comes down to to SUBSIDY_FUNC height. The reward structure for this coin may be where I am misinterpreting it. 

If you have working network.py file settings for this coin, please post them.
