Next time check right contact here: https://yobit.net/en/coinsinfo/however there is no response to my support ticket? i think they can reverse the transaction howsoever they do not. May be if not they can send me the wallet private key so i can fix it myself they are smart enough as their responses are given only through telegram and exchange chat which they can deny it and say they are scammers. the official response that they can not deny will be only through their official email or a response through my support ticket which they will not do in order to prevent me to have an official evidence of their non co-operation .
