Not a clone but we took some codes from cryptonote to have some of their features like anonymous transactions, their egalitarian proof of work algorithm.

I would be interested in investing in the project, unfortunately the whitepaper is a mess, full of spelling mistakes, unknown abbreviations (I suppose copy-pasted from some other coin) and just very bad terms and conditions. I will check it again just before the presale starts, I just hope you take a look at it as at the moment I cannot look at the project seriously.

Yes, when the wallet will be launched you will be free to do whatever you want with your coins, you will just have to download the wallet and transfer the coin from your account to your wallet.
