I'm a fan of scalping, as you you can make a good profit with the exploatation of micromovements without using too much capital.
But of course it's very risky, you need to be very good and... you have to be stress resistant, because it's a high level adrenaline activity.
Long term trading is boring, I don't like it.
.. Good, but don't you also prefer to HODL some coins in Long term?
Well, he can start from somewhere and if he knows how to trade, I will even advise he starts with that first and make use of the percentage of some of the little profit he gets to look for a good coin to hold. Holding is good, but trust mate, trading is a lot better to make some good profit and increasing what you have, even though risky, with great knowledge, you can do well.

Both day trading and long term trading can be profitable as long as you know what you are doing and you do not see trading as gamble but a real profession that requires a lot of work, effort and learning.

Day trading is very good but you are going to have to be stuck on the monitor each and every day and close the trade every day, but long term is easy as you only need to do quick analysis, set a position and then look forward to it. I combine both anyway, so it all depends on you.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

If you are a good trader, scalping can be a very profitable strategy; but it's very stressful, and you can't work too much.
Long term trading is a different approach, and requires a most controlled mindset, as it's difficult to not react with panic in case of corrections.

50% for holding, 45% for long-term trading and 5% for day trading.

+1, sounds good, just need to mention that 5% might not be enough, if your trading amount is not so big.
I prefer 20% for scalping, and I hold around 30% in a bitcoin just to have it (in case if it gets.. hmm.. 50 000??)) and other 50% I use for.. let's call it medium-term trading. And it's true, that scalping is not for those, who are lack of time and attention.
yeah 5% may not be matter if your money is big enough, and I think the percentage of fund allocation will depend on your time, skill and knowledge also, if your spare time is much and have skill in day trading maybe you can add more fund allocation for scalping, whereas if you do not have a lot of knowledge and your time is limited then allocate more funds in long term, that's my strategy so far

Which is better to make more profit between Day Trading and Long teem trading. I want to make more profits trading Cryptocurrency, I need to know which of the two makes huge return mostly

without a doubt Day trading is the more profitable between the two BUT also the VERY RISKY strategy, So if you are a gambler type go for Day trading. High Risk, High Return

Both have their own advantages, but my advice if possible you can see the opportunity that I think you can live both.
Daily trading does not always result in profits as well as long-term trades, preferably if you can see the profit opportunities that you will get.
If you can see and estimate the market movement then you will benefit.
Daily trading or long-term trading is equally profitable.

On the off chance that you truly don't know how to exchange well, at that point you will bomb in anybody of them. Be that as it may, I have never attempted to scalp without winding up with a headache by the day's end. Along these lines, asides your abilities, you should can possibly withstand tremendous worry since you should screen the diagrams and making an effort not to pass up a great opportunity for any exchange. Each exchange realizes what work best for them, and as long as you have your procedures to make great exchanges, at that point you are fine.

I prefer you both of them, for me now i separated my accounts in to two one for day trading and the other hand is for long term purposes with solid fundamental coins like bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin and ripple, these account intended with long term method. While the other account for day trader i have their a cheap coins and other coins for pump and dump purposes. Yes it is too stressful and risky, you need to focus on day trading or else you may lost you're capital. Unlike long term holding lower risk than day trading all you have to do is wait for the time when you need to harvest them.

I like both, but sometime I think that particular coin will go up then I bought, but most of the time it drops. So anyone suggest simply how to do find the buy price?

20% - short (1-3 days)
30% - middle (1-4 week)
50% - long (> 1 month)

This strategy does not spend much time and nerves, but it shows a good result.

I agree with the % based allocation as it makes your funds safer and it doesn't matter if we don't get much gains. What matters is our capital stays safe so we can stay in the game longer.

Actually in cryptos both kind of trading can really give a very high profit it just a matter of proper timing whem to trade because there are times when the value of coin suddenly pump in one day while others pump slowly each day. But if you really are a wise investors doing a long term trading will assure you a high return its just that you will be needing big capital to do other business while waiting for your earnings from this long term investment

I would choose long term trading, because you need to spend less time on it and your nerve cells will be healthy.

if you may have a lot of idea and strategy i mean that you may know everything on how you may able to take the day trading you may use that for you to have the opportunity to earn a lot of profit but if you may know nothing better to study first cause for me this two may both proftable.

After  reading the whole thread I want to point out some things. First of all day trading is not the same thing as scalping, especially in crypto. In day trading you can hold your positions for several hours while in scalping you can close your position in some minutes. I'm not 100% sure but I don't think that a pure scalping is possible in crypto  just because you will need a bigger leverage to get a decent benefit from micro movement.
If you compare day trading and hodling (which is not trading) then of the first one will bring you more profit.

All depends on the coins you buy for trading. because both ways are always used by traders to gain profit. There are some coins that must be held for profit and some are sold immediately to make a profit. it all depends on the time (when you buy the coins) if when you buy, and then also the coin is up(short time). and vice versa, if the coin is decreasing in price, then there are only two choices; hodl or loss.

Both those type of trading is huge return and high risk too. All the choice is depending on your skill and what you prefer.
For me i prefer to do long term holding because it is easier for me.

If you are a really good trader, scalping is very profitable but this type of trading style is very risky. Long term trading is safer (in comparison to scalping). Professional traders usually use scalping as most of them can control the market and they are paid to do trading all day.

If you think you are a skilled trader and you have the time to do it then try it, you can switch strategy if scalping does not work for you.
