Apologies to reiterate my previous sentiments, but even with the "Oatmeal fibre", I fail to see how a permanent diet of this stuff could do your bowels any good, the muscles in your intestines must have something bulky and indigestible to oppose their circular contraction. Maybe a couple times a week, but a permanent diet of this? Do these people dislike food for humans?
