For fifth coin you should consider icon, neo, waves, vechain, matic, atom, nano or reserve rights because all these are legit and have potential to grow.

I always prioritize ETH and Bitcoin in my portfolio, those are the best projects and the price will go up dramatically in the long term. In addition, BNB, LINK, NEO, TRX are also good options if you are an altcoin lover

With unstable cryptocurrency prices, it is difficult to pick top 5 coins that are good for hodl. We should do top to bottom examination and exploration.

However, for novices basically picking mainstream coins with high volumes, those coins are more secure for hodl. In view of the investigation and exploration results I did  for a couple of months, I at last found the main 5 coins that are productive to be hodl. Counting crypto.com, munero, Chainlink ,BNB and DIA.

I prefer DeFi coins because the DeFi project is the choice of investors in 2020, the DeFi coins that I will hold are UNI, LINK, MAKER, YFI and also COMP, the reason is because these coins have a high market capitalization among other DeFi projects.

For me personally I prefer to hold Bitcoin and Ethereum for the long term, because holding Bitcoin and Ethereum for the long term is guaranteed and will get good profits in the future compared to other Altcoins. This thread was created in 2 years ago and if he invested or hold the coin on his list they get a lot of profit but sad to see there is a lot of people who give up during 2018 when the value of the coins down they lost trust to the cryptocurrency so a crypto investors and holder who put money or still holding the coin are gaining more profit.

Ethereum , bitcoin , litecoin , ripple and BNB is best to hold now and you will get more profit to this coin than the others.

From the past until now I still trust Bitcoin and Ethereum to hold on to for the long term. The other coins for me to hold and use are Monero and Tron. I think Monero and Tron are very worthy of holding for a while.

The top 5 coins/tokens that I am holding right now are Bitcoin of course the number, not so much but enough for the Bullrun. Followed by Ethereum (ETH), BNB, Chainlink, and I also have AVA. I know AVA is too far from its target price yet as it dumped so much a few months ago but I can see some developments now, Well, I also have some more tokens not to mention (Lol).

I will always put Bitcoin first to my list. Because Bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency. My second choice is Ethereum. Because ETH 2.0 will be launched on 1st December. As a result, I think the price of ETH will go up. After upgrading the privacy of Litecoin, its value is increasing now. Tron blockchain and wallet are becoming popular day by day. As a result, I think the demand for TRX will increase in the future. And BNB is the all time popular coin.

I only keep some top altcoins for me to hold for a long period such as bitcoin and bnb, for eth itself I actually only used it as a daily trading altcoin and in my experience it is quite profitable to do because if eth we hold for a long time of course the money we have will be stuck in the market so it is better for us to rotate it in everyday trade.

Since I am a beginner crypto investor and holder, at the moment my crypto investment portfolio is not so large. At the moment I hold such crypto assets as BTC, ETH and LTC. And also some tokens of new crypto platforms, which in my opinion deserve attention. BUX token, new crypto exchange Buytex, YOUC token of Youengine platform, and TCR coin of TecraCoin platform. At the moment, these are the crypto assets that I hold and expect good growth from them. Of course, there are a number of other promising crypto assets for investment and earnings on them, but unfortunately, there are not always free funds to buy them.
