You should be able to use an exchange such as Coinbase. Another option is localbitcoins.com.

Coinbase, zebpay, trezors With the help of these you can sell and buy Bitcoin easily, even if you only talk about the exchange, then using eobot can not be bad

You can buy Bitcoin by USD on exchanges such as Bitstamps, coinbase and remitano. I recommend you should creat an account on coinbase to buy Bitcoin

The easiest way to buy crypto is on Coinbase. But once we buy some I'd suggest transferring it to another exchange where you can buy altcoins

Like everyone else said, exchanges. Here's an article from CoinDesk on how to get bitcoin in the UK.
https://www.coindesk.com/information/buy-bitcoin-uk/
Lots of options, but make sure to do your research before picking one. Google is your friend.

You can use various exchanges, or you an also do it with personal contacts, lets say you put it out there that you are interested in buying some, maybe someone close to you wants to sell, or knows of someone that wants to. At the end of the day, if you do a simple search on your browser you should get lots of options on where to buy.
