This is so stupid. They can at least make some statement when they expect it to be fixed. But they are just maintaining complete silence. Almost 2 days now Angry

3 days past and still no response. If they are having trouble at least they can have the courtesy to keep us informed.

At what point do we give up and start calling them scammers? They are repeatedly ignoring any mail from my part.

Now this is fun. I finally got a reply saying that they have transferred from their end even though I see nothing in my Cryptsy balance; which I know is working as I have successfully sent PXCs from pool.

I have asked them to provide me the transaction ID **fingers crosses**

Well, got the transaction ID from them - but it does not show up on the blockchain Huh

This has been way too much trouble, and I still don't have my PXCs Sad

No, I haven't. When I asked them to show the transaction on blockchain, they replied saying their 'technical team' is looking into it. I contacted Cryptsy too and BitJohn says they are quote unresponsive (no surprise there).

Undecided whether these are scammers or useless idiots. Eitherway, if I don't get my PXCs I certainly will move on, but make sure to publicise this well so that others don't get burned.

Unfortunately I am still dealing with the exact same issues, only I have not heard anything about a technical team looking into anything  Undecided

This is what Coins-E is showing on their end.

I withdrew to a Cryptsy generated address that I had sent to previously (not from Coins-e though) and here is the block explorer info:

I sent yet another mail, must be my 20th mail. Extremely pissed off now  Angry

Either they are scamming us by putting in false transaction IDs; or they are idiots who can't figure out and can't be bothered to set it right. Both BitJohn and Magnet have offered them help to sort out their problems but apparently they are not very responsive.

How long do you think we should wait before making a new thread warning everybody explicitly to avoid them? Till this Friday?

This is the latest reply I received from them. Note the PXC wallet upgrade did not fix the fact they have been sending all the coins on some alternate chain, but it is definitely still and issue.

Hi,
Thank you for bringing it to our notice and for your patience.
We have updated our PXC client. Please inform users to update their client
too.
ORB is on maintenance and we will soon get it fixed. Give us sometime on
that.

Thanks BitJohn.

If Coins-E lost our PXCs by not updating their client, won't deleting the blockchain and syncing again send the transaction on the correct chain?

Eitherway, they have to return our PXCs or we will do all we can to publicly call them out as scammers.

If there is a coins-e admin out their I need to speak to you about your Lebowski wallet. It may be operating on a forked chain. This is urgent

Yes most likely that would work but seems to me they either don't know how to fix it with their back end tracking wise or they simply don't have the coins to payout.

Coins-E is working on the PXC problem, it seems their was a forced update the company wasn't told about.. rest assured you can still send your coins if your on the original chain.

Coins-E has over 40 crypto currencies, it's up to traders miners and the developers to inform us of major updates. and then it's up to the community to decide if they want to change their currency.

I'm sure Coin-E isn't the only one with a wallet on the Original chain as people have been depositing.
Please don't contact us via BCT use the contact us on https://coins-e.com we respond in under 24h to all members.

How are you still trading Lebowski while the coin is forked into two chains?

gica_contra, Scooby903 and me - are we three the only ones still suffering? I know Scooby has 9k+ stuck and me have 12k stuck - so thats 21k+ PCXs still unpaid at the very least.

If they don't sort it out by Friday, I propose to create a new thread calling them out as scammers and making everybody aware of their misdeeds. What do you guys think?

They don't respond to mails in a timely manner and keeps trying to blame others for their incompetence. But at the very least they should give us what we are owed.

I am not in a position to comment on people losing money, it is never good and really not acceptable.

I can say that running these things, shops, exchanges etc it is immensely time consuming to keep up with all the coins and people "requiring this" or "forking that".  I am lucky enough that as soon as I see a "you need to upgrade" thread I can just turn the coin off for a few weeks until I can get around to making sure I am on the correct version.  I then need to search out the original thread, upgrade, re-sync etc it is real PITA.

FYI, no-one has NEVER EVER sent me an email for any off the coins I take warning me or giving me notice! As such I have disabled quite few today until I can check into them.

Also screwing up by accident is not a scam, and in reality users of these new coins should share the risk of using them along side the service providers.

edit: this is just my opinion and not in any way an endorsement for coins-e's services or practices.

I'm still curious about the LBW fork and how they are trading? I think there was 25000 LBW traded on coins-e yesterday.
