Please add Cloudcoin too. We have been growing since start. We have just released our online e-wallet in a partnership with Krugercoin.

We might join forces with Krugercoin in the future.

Now we just need an exchange site that sets te value of cloudcoin so we can build more services.

Please help,

I don't like how it doesn't automatically calculate how many coins I get for my bid.

I have to do it manually for every trade and it's becoming a pain in the ass.

I have to do it manually for every trade and it's becoming a pain in the ass.

We have a system of you put the rate in then the amount you want, and it tells you the cost in BTC, that or have you tried using our market depth page? you can buy/sell to the orders directly by double clicking on them.

Like with all exchanges it takes a little learning at first, but If you use the contact us on https://coins-e.com maybe we can add the feature you want :-)

Agreed. Also, we need a prompt when placing an order like we get on cryptsy if our offer is well above/below the current sell/buy offer. Its too easy to get an order wrong with so many leading zero's in front of all the altcoins. On the plus side, the site is getting better & bigger day by day and I notice withdrawals are instant, plus you have a bigger range of coins to trade than cryptsy.

If you like my post please feel free to give me some positive rep https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=18639

No this skirts the problem.

I too am tired of using calc to calculate my every order.  There's only 1 or 2 coins I will trade here due to this.

There's no place to copy my balances it's always a link to the manage funds page which means trading IFC I have to get out calc, calculate the number of coins I can buy/sell at expected price, then manually enter all numbers over the pre-filled form which suits one order in the order book.

It IS a pain in the ass.

If you can't implement calculation of the manually entered fields, it would be good to at least leave them blank until an order is clicked in the order book.

And allow some place on the page where balance figures can be copied to the clipboard, please.  This would at least save one tedious and repetitive step.

Try using the market depth, if you click on the sell order/buy it adds the rate for you, but yes all your feedback is welcomed and the site will keep getting better,

It has been over 24 hours since I tried withdrawing PXC and still nothing. Please sort it out quickly, or at least respond to my mails and give some sort of time frame by which you think you can fix it.

Starting to wonder if they were the ones dumping all the PXCs  Roll Eyes

What I hate most is their lack of communication. PhenixEx guys are always here, and Cryptsy always responds quickly. If these guys don't sort out their act they will be done soon.

Well I got mine so far below market price, the coin would actually have to completely die for me to lose, so I'm not in a huge rush.  I've gotten a response from support where they were asking for the transaction ID, but all I have is the token ID from their site, so I gave them that.  Still waiting on a response though  Undecided

I got a mail more than a day back saying they are looking into it. They didn't ask for any token or anything (I haven't got the ID either). They haven't responded to any of my subsequent emails.

I wonder if they were gambling with our coins and lost them  Undecided

Cheers BitJohn - appreciate your help on this matter. Numerous deposits from Coins-e to Cryptsy - bet there were. The arbitrage opportunity was massive.

Think the guy who dumped the PXC did that 'coz he couldn't get them out.

EDIT: So guess there will be a PXC dump once the issue is resolved. Hold on lads and lasses lads pretending to be otherwise.

Now this is fun. I finally got a reply saying that they have transferred from their end even though I see nothing in my Cryptsy balance; which I know is working as I have successfully sent PXCs from pool.

I have asked them to provide me the transaction ID **fingers crosses**

Well, got the transaction ID from them - but it does not show up on the blockchain Huh

This has been way too much trouble, and I still don't have my PXCs Sad

No, I haven't. When I asked them to show the transaction on blockchain, they replied saying their 'technical team' is looking into it. I contacted Cryptsy too and BitJohn says they are quote unresponsive (no surprise there).

Undecided whether these are scammers or useless idiots. Eitherway, if I don't get my PXCs I certainly will move on, but make sure to publicise this well so that others don't get burned.

Unfortunately I am still dealing with the exact same issues, only I have not heard anything about a technical team looking into anything  Undecided

This is what Coins-E is showing on their end.

I sent yet another mail, must be my 20th mail. Extremely pissed off now  Angry

Either they are scamming us by putting in false transaction IDs; or they are idiots who can't figure out and can't be bothered to set it right. Both BitJohn and Magnet have offered them help to sort out their problems but apparently they are not very responsive.

How long do you think we should wait before making a new thread warning everybody explicitly to avoid them? Till this Friday?

This is the latest reply I received from them. Note the PXC wallet upgrade did not fix the fact they have been sending all the coins on some alternate chain, but it is definitely still and issue.

Hi,
Thank you for bringing it to our notice and for your patience.
We have updated our PXC client. Please inform users to update their client
too.
ORB is on maintenance and we will soon get it fixed. Give us sometime on
that.

Thanks BitJohn.

If Coins-E lost our PXCs by not updating their client, won't deleting the blockchain and syncing again send the transaction on the correct chain?

Eitherway, they have to return our PXCs or we will do all we can to publicly call them out as scammers.

Yes most likely that would work but seems to me they either don't know how to fix it with their back end tracking wise or they simply don't have the coins to payout.

Coins-E is working on the PXC problem, it seems their was a forced update the company wasn't told about.. rest assured you can still send your coins if your on the original chain.

Coins-E has over 40 crypto currencies, it's up to traders miners and the developers to inform us of major updates. and then it's up to the community to decide if they want to change their currency.

I'm sure Coin-E isn't the only one with a wallet on the Original chain as people have been depositing.
Please don't contact us via BCT use the contact us on https://coins-e.com we respond in under 24h to all members.

gica_contra, Scooby903 and me - are we three the only ones still suffering? I know Scooby has 9k+ stuck and me have 12k stuck - so thats 21k+ PCXs still unpaid at the very least.

If they don't sort it out by Friday, I propose to create a new thread calling them out as scammers and making everybody aware of their misdeeds. What do you guys think?

They don't respond to mails in a timely manner and keeps trying to blame others for their incompetence. But at the very least they should give us what we are owed.

I am not in a position to comment on people losing money, it is never good and really not acceptable.

I can say that running these things, shops, exchanges etc it is immensely time consuming to keep up with all the coins and people "requiring this" or "forking that".  I am lucky enough that as soon as I see a "you need to upgrade" thread I can just turn the coin off for a few weeks until I can get around to making sure I am on the correct version.  I then need to search out the original thread, upgrade, re-sync etc it is real PITA.

FYI, no-one has NEVER EVER sent me an email for any off the coins I take warning me or giving me notice! As such I have disabled quite few today until I can check into them.

Also screwing up by accident is not a scam, and in reality users of these new coins should share the risk of using them along side the service providers.

edit: this is just my opinion and not in any way an endorsement for coins-e's services or practices.

So how long do you propose we wait? A week? A month? Cryptsy usually solves a ticket in under a day. If they realy wanted to set things right they would have sent the coins manually but since they have no coins, that's kind of hard.

No, last communication from them was on Monday. I am literally pleading them to respond but there is total silence on their part. I don't understand why they can't even inform us. They can just say they have troubles and will take some time but nothing. Almost feels like their attitude is to not respond and hope people will tire out and give up.

I am now extremely anxious as it seems there is a good chance that Coins-E won't be giving back my 12k PXCs. I don't understand what to so  Huh Maybe I will create a separate thread tomorrow which will hopefully put some pressure on them. At least it will warn others about problems with Coins-E.

I went to their chat and met a guy who was vouching for the exchange. Anyways, he asked me to wait a bit and mailed them. I will wait for a day before starting a scam accusation thread here too if there is no response.

I met another guy there who lost 2.1k PXC too. How many have you lost? I am tallying the number. So far me, Scooby and that guy on Coins-E has lost 23.4k PXC.

By the way, there are maintance over some coins like phoenixcoin but there are no informations when they are held for maintance and when will the maintance completed. I realy dont understand this people by how they do their business. Communication is everything when you do business (that is the reason why crypts is on dying stage) dont do the same mistake when you want to take over the market, communicate with your customer, provide every single information on a section at the website, let people know what you are after, this will increase the trust on you otherwise i dont see any difference, poor communication low trus this is the same on all platforms

And they still haven't announced anything about the current situation?
Do we know the identity of any of the Coins-E people?

Even Cryptsy is better at public relations. At least BigVern actually tweets about stuff and acknowledges all the problems.

I don't like how it doesn't automatically calculate how many coins I get for my bid.

I have to do it manually for every trade and it's becoming a pain in the ass.

We have a system of you put the rate in then the amount you want, and it tells you the cost in BTC, that or have you tried using our market depth page? you can buy/sell to the orders directly by double clicking on them.

Like with all exchanges it takes a little learning at first, but If you use the contact us on https://coins-e.com maybe we can add the feature you want :-)
i contacted you ages ago about adding lottocoin. it has tons of support. WHY HAVENT YOU ADDED IT YET? it's seriously a no frickin brainer. can you re-check it out PLEASE?

It's up and i had no problems withdrawing my coins and got them in seconds.

Looks like it's just bandwidth issues with their provider.

I think Crypsty's interface is slightly better, but it too has its oddities and has lots of room for improvement.  Agreed about the service comment.

4 months and still no PXC...guess they are still "working" on it  Roll Eyes

The lack of customer service here is appalling.  I'm still showing stuck DOGE transactions after a week.  Still no response to my ticket.  I did get some DOGE out, but it still shows more pending... as it has for a week.

someone with better English, please make a petition or vote for deleting coins-e from this server. They are thieves, they stolen money from many of us. I still don´t understand why is not at first page sign "beware coins-e.com" . this is not normal.. if we will ignore them, they can ignore us.

I'm not a native English speaker but I wish we can do something about it and I don't know what exactly - any suggestions?
People just posted some messages that they lost some ***000 doges and maybe they consider that thas's a cheap lesson not to use coins-e anymore.
But I can't grant my 84k doges, it's not a cheap lesson for me, the place were I live now - 30$ that's money and I'll post warning messages not to use coins-e everywhere if
they are not going to give it back to me till the end of this week.

Been waiting since yesterday for darkcoin deposit, no response from support either. You'd expect a decent service when they charge for withdrawals. I hope I haven't been scammed...
