at first, you should read their road-map but if you wanna more detailed information - i think after the ICO they will tell us where they hve spent collected money and where they're going to use it  |

You will not receive the VST tokens if you use exchange wallet to invest. Vestarin recommends MEW and other ERC-20 tokens.
